Raise Your Vibration and Everything Benefits

Raise Your Vibration

It shouldn’t be considered a luxury to raise your vibration.

When you raise your vibration, the planet benefits and your bank account flourishes as well. Your vibration is your energetic signal to the universe.

One’s life circumstances are a reflection of this signal. If you would like to improve any aspect of your life, whether it be your prosperity, relationships, health, or general happiness, it is imperative to raise your vibration.

We have the power to affect change through small and large actions starting with ourselves. When we are happy, healthy, and wealthy, our focus naturally becomes “How can I serve more? Who can I serve?” Yet asking those very same questions first, and acting upon them, can bring about more wealth, happiness, and health in your life.

Adding a few simple practices will effectively raise your vibration allowing you to have the things you want out of life while radiating positivity to the world.

1. Adopt A Daily Act Of Kindness Habit.  When you enrich other people’s lives, you enrich your life as well.  Doing good deeds has been shown to increase happiness and even help you live longer when done regularly through volunteering.

We can spread the positive feelings we experience from doing good deeds to others as well. Shawn Achor stated our brains are wirelessly connected by mirror neurons. The joy we gain from being altruistic can impact other people’s outlook. When you do an act of kindness you feel good, the receiver feels good, and even a random person who witnesses the act benefits as well.

Being generous to others increases endorphins, dopamine, and the bonding hormone oxytocin.  Oxytocin has been shown to reduce stress, protect the heart, and may even speed up wound healing. Giving to others increases our own happiness, and happiness is the precursor to success.

2. Add More Color To Your Life. Color is known to lift the spirit and improve your mood. Include vibrant colors in your wardrobe, environment, and even your food to raise your vibration.

3. Act Like A Child. Yes play, giggle, draw, color, or blow bubbles. Do something that will allow you to stop taking life so seriously. Remember, no one gets out of life alive anyway. Kids are naturally joyous beings, and play and imagination are big contributors of this.

4. Get A Move On It. Moving your body increases blood flow and oxygen intake, reduces stress, and increases energy and vitality while allowing chi to flow. Even 15 minutes can cause a positive mental shift.

Get creative in the ways you include more movement into your life.  Try tai chi, skipping, yoga, pole dancing, or whatever else floats your boat. If you feel stuck or frazzled, take a 15-minute break and go for a walk to clear your head.

5. Laugh Out Loud Or At Least Smile More. Humor promotes a positive outlook. Once laughter is introduced, it easily replaces feelings of sadness, anxiety, or anger. Laughter releases endorphins, relieves stress, and protects the heart.

Smiles are contagious, and they benefit both the one smiling and the one who receives the smile. So spread some positivity through your smile, and you’ll reduce stress, increase happy chemicals, and raise your vibration.

6. Eat For Vitality. Eat more foods that are alive, and you will feel more alive, especially if the foods are organic.  Foods that are grown with love and without chemicals have a certain energetic signature that is passed on to the consumer. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet for more energy and a sense of well-being.

7. Stop And Smell The Roses. Aromatherapy is a quick tool for raising your vibration and lifting your mood. Rose oil has the highest frequency of all essentials oils including Frankincense oil. However, any essential oil that makes you feel good will raise your vibration.

Citrus oils are instant mood lifters, while peppermint is energizing. Lavender is calming, and Frankincense is excellent for meditation and connecting with God/Spirit.

8. Take A Time Out. Take time to connect with your higher power. Prayer and meditation shut out the noise and connects us to the source. Try beginning and ending each day with prayer and meditation, and you will see how the whole energy of your day will change. Prayer and meditation also work great as breathers.

9. Take A Deep Breath. Deep, healthy breathing increases our life force. It alleviates stress and brings oxygen to our cells. Take time throughout the day to breathe deeply. Expand the belly as you inhale and exhale slowly.

10. Sing Your Heart Out. Singing along to your favorite tunes is an instant happy booster.  It releases endorphins and oxytocin. Singing regularly has been shown to reduce cortisol which leads to lowered stress levels. Singing improves mental alertness and sleep while also strengthening the immune system.

11. Listen To Music. Music affects our hearts and minds. It can be cathartic and energizing. Not long after we start listening to music, we catch ourselves humming, tapping our feet, swaying, and eventually belting out our favorite part of the song.

Sometimes we break out in full dance. We just can’t help ourselves. Our brains synchronize with the beat while our hearts synchronize with the lyrics. Please mind your lyrics. Music is a form of affirmation. What do you want to affirm?

12. Count Your Blessings. Being in a state of gratitude also helps to raise your vibration, draw in the blessings you seek, and has been shown to increase your happiness. A practice of gratitude retrains the brain to seek out the things that are going right in your life.
